How do I book an appointment?

Do I need an account to book?

It depends on the salon. Some allow guest booking where you only enter your name, email and phone number. Others require you to log in. With an account, you get access to booking history, favorites and faster booking next time.

Can I choose a specific staff member?

Yes. In the booking flow you can either choose "Any staff" to get the first available time, or select a specific person. You can see the staff member's rating and title before deciding.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes, at checkout there is an option to book for another person. You fill in their details instead, but the booking is linked to your account.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Most salons confirm bookings immediately. Some approve manually, and then the status shows "Awaiting confirmation". You will receive an email as soon as the booking is confirmed.

I'm not receiving a code — what do I do?

Check your spam folder first. The code is sent immediately, but sometimes it can take a minute. Make sure you spelled your email address correctly and try again. Contact us if it still does not work.
